{"id":6065,"date":"2017-06-07T08:55:30","date_gmt":"2017-06-07T08:55:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.activehealthfoundation.org\/2\/over-de-stichting\/"},"modified":"2024-02-29T12:04:58","modified_gmt":"2024-02-29T12:04:58","slug":"over-de-stichting","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.activehealthfoundation.org\/en\/over-de-stichting\/","title":{"rendered":"About the foundation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Active Health Foundation was founded to contribute to \u201chealthy people and a healthy world\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Main goal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As stated in the articles of association, the higher goal of the foundation is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To make as many people as possible aware of the universal value of health for themselves, their environment, society, and the world from an integral perspective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sub goals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The sub goals of Active Health Foundation are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Achieving the basic requirements for achieving the United Nations&#8217; Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2015 &#8211; 2030 through integral health.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating a basic condition for conscious economic action through the value of health: local, social, green and in a social context.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Special attention<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We pay special attention to the SDGs listed below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture.<br>\u2022 Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages.<br>\u2022 Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.<br>\u2022 Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.<br>\u2022 Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all.<br>\u2022 Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"393\" height=\"284\" src=\"https:\/\/www.activehealthfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6355\" style=\"width:324px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non profit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As a foundation, we aim to achieve social impact and not to make a profit.
